R4-9-101. Definitions

A. Appurtenances means all structures and improvements subordinate to a residence within residential property lines, excluding the residential structure itself, such as driveways, fences, patios, swimming pools, landscaping, sport courts, and gazebos. B. Licensee means a business entity (sole proprietor, partnership, limited liability company or corporation) to which a license is issued and not the individuals comprising the ownership or management of the licensee, except for a sole proprietor. The license is held by the licensee and not the qualifying party.
