R6-10-105. Selection for Participation in the Jobs Program

A. The FAA approves an assistance unit for TANF Cash Assistance and shall refer a work eligible individual to the Jobs Program. B. The Jobs Program shall begin Jobs Program services for a TPEP individual at the time the individual reports to a Jobs Program local office.
