R6-10-121. Transitional Support Services

Participants who have entered unsubsidized employment and subsequently become ineligible for TANF Cash Assistance may be eligible to receive transitional support services, as Department budget permits, for up to 180 days from the first day of the month following the month of the TANF Cash Assistance case closure when it has been verified by the Jobs Program that the participant was employed in unsubsidized employment at the time of TANF Cash Assistance case closure. Transitional support services include those identified in R6-10-120 and: 1. Post-employment case management; and 2. Post-employment education and training opportunities.
