R6-12-1205. Disqualification Hearings; Appeal

A. A person found to have committed an IPV through an administrative disqualification hearing may appeal the decision to the Department’s Appeals Board as prescribed in R6-12-1014. B. Upon a determination of IPV through a signed waiver of a disqualification hearing, the violator has no right to further administrative appeal.
