R6-12-401. Treatment of Resources; Limitations

A. In determining eligibility for a cash benefit, the Department shall include all resources available to the assistance unit, unless excluded by applicable law. B. An assistance unit is ineligible for CA for any month in which the unit’s resources exceed $2,000, after application of all available exclusions.
