R6-12-603. Dependents of Foster Children

A. The dependent child of an ineligible foster child residing in a needy family may be eligible for CA. B. To determine a cash benefit amount, the Department shall count all income and resources of the foster child and the dependent child, other than the foster care payment, as otherwise provided in this Chapter.
