R6-12-904. Benefit Reduction or Termination

A. Any change in any factor which the Department considers when determining eligibility or benefit amount may result in reduction or termination of benefits, consistent with the provisions of this Chapter. B. The Department shall terminate benefits if the assistance unit fails to complete the 6-month review required by R6-12-210.
