R6-14-310. Terminating and Writing Off a Claim

The Department shall terminate and write off a claim as required under 7 CFR 273.18(e)(8)(ii)(A through E), and may terminate and write off a claim as allowed under 7 CFR 273.18(e)(8)(ii)(F) and (G).
