R6-4-323. Use of Federal Unassigned Vending Machine Income

A. Federal unassigned vending machine income shall be used for BEP Operator benefits as determined by a majority vote of all BEP Operators in an All-Operators Meeting, and as limited by 34 CFR 395.8. B. Any federal unassigned vending machine income not necessary for such purposes shall be used by the BEP for the maintenance and replacement of equipment, purchase of new equipment, management services, and assuring a Guaranteed Fair Minimum of Return to BEP Operators.
