R6-6-1509. Duration of an HCBS Certificate

A. An initial HCBS certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance or a lesser period if so specified on the HCBS certificate. B. A renewal HCBS certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance or a lessor period if so specified on the HCBS certificate.
