R6-6-1802. Applicability

This Article establishes an Administrative Review process for a Requestor challenging a Division Action. This Article applies only to: 1. Division eligibility; 2. Programs and services provided through the Division that are not funded by Medicaid (Title XIX of the Social Security Act); and 3. Home and Community-based Services (HCBS) certificates pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 6, Chapter 6, Article 15.
