R6-6-1813. Appeals and Hearings

A Requestor shall have the right to an Appeal under Article 22 of this Chapter if: 1. The Requestor is dissatisfied with the Administrative Decision; or 2. The Action is considered upheld pursuant to R6-6- 1808(B)(1).
