R6-6-107. Least Restrictive Environment

A. Every client has a right to the least restrictive, appropriate alternative in connection with the provision of services or placement in a program. B. Every client has the right to a semi-annual review of services or programs funded by the Division and received by the client in order to ensure that the client’s needs are met.
