R6-6-901. Applicability

These rules apply to: 1. All programs operated, licensed, certified, supervised or financially supported by the Division. 2. All habilitation programs as defined in A.R.S. § 36- 551(18), as well as all interventions included in this Article, shall be addressed in the client’s ISPP.
