R7-2-502. Vocational Education Provisions and Standards

All eligible recipients receiving federal or state monies or services in support of vocational and technical education programs, courses, or classes shall comply with the applicable provisions and standards of the following plans, which are filed with the Secretary of State, which plans are incorporated herein by reference. 1. 1986-1988 Arizona State Plan for Vocational Education for Federal Funding as required by A.R.S. § 15-784; and 2. Arizona State Plan for Vocational Education for State Funding approved April 22, 1985, as required by A.R.S. § 15-787(C).
