R7-5-503. Annual Academic Performance Review

A. When the Department releases the annual achievement profile under A.R.S. § 15-241, the Board shall: 1. Calculate an overall academic rating for each charter school sponsored by the Board using the Academic Performance Framework, and 2. Make the annual overall academic performance dashboard publicly available on the Board’s website. B. If the Board determines a charter holder does not meet the Board’s minimum academic performance expectations, as defined under R7-5-401(D), the Board shall require the charter holder to demonstrate sufficient progress towards achieving the minimum academic performance expectations.
