R8-2-306. Action on an Application for Assistance

A. The Director may make a recommendation to the Governor whether to issue a Declaration. B. The Director shall notify the Applicant in writing of the Governor’s decision to issue or not to issue a Declaration. If the Governor issues a Declaration, the Division shall forward a copy to the Applicant.
