R9-10-124. Administration, Monitoring

A. A memory care services training program provider shall designate an administrator who meets the qualifications established by the memory care services training program provider. B. An applicant or memory care services training program provider shall provide the Department access to records and all areas of a facility according to A.R.S. § 41-1009 within two hours after the Department’s request.
