R9-10-701. Definitions

In addition to the definitions in A.R.S. § 36-401 and R9-10-101, the following applies in this Article unless otherwise specified: “Emergency safety response” means physically holding a resident to manage the resident’s sudden, intense, or out-of-control behavior to prevent harm to the resident or another individual.
