R9-16-206. Requirements for a Speech-language Pathologist - Limited

In addition to complying with R9-16-202(A), an applicant for initial licensure as a speech-language pathologist - limited as specified in A.R.S. § 36-1940.01(B) shall submit to the Department the following: 1. A certificate in speech and language therapy awarded by the Department of Education. 2. A document representing an employee or contractor relationship with a local education agency or a state supported institution.
