R9-28-1204. HNT Criteria for ALTCS Members Under the Age of 18

A. A copy of the HNT for a member under the age of 18 shall be made available on the Administration’s website. B. For each Direct Care Services category identified below, a member under the age of 18 will be age-limited by the HNT, except when it is determined that the member requires Extraordinary Care pursuant to R9-28-206. C. For Habilitation Service, a member under the age of 18 years will be age-limited by the HNT, except when it is determined that the member requires Extraordinary Care pursuant to R9- 28-206.
