R9-28-302. General Provisions

To qualify for services described in A.R.S. § 36-2939: 1. An applicant shall meet the financial criteria described in Article 4, and 2. AHCCCS shall determine that the applicant is at immediate risk of institutionalization under the PAS assessment as specified in this Article.
