R9-7-446. Notifications and Reports to Individuals

A. Requirements for notification and reports to individuals of exposure to radiation or radioactive material are specified in R9-7-1004. B. In addition to the reporting requirements in R9-7-444 and R9- 7-445, each licensee or registrant shall notify the individual exposed to radiation or radioactive material. The notice to the exposed individual shall be provided no later than the date the report is submitted to the Department and shall comply with R9-7-1004(A).
