R9-8-602. General Provisions

A. This Article does not apply to: 1. Primitive camp and picnic grounds as defined in A.R.S. § 36-136(I)(8), or 2. Campgrounds located on federal or tribal land within the state. B. A violation of this Article is a public health nuisance and may be subject to abatement pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-602. C. Inspections of campgrounds shall be conducted in accordance with A.R.S. § 36-136(I)(8) by the regulatory authority.
