R13-1-402. Refusal of Service

A. If any form of payment is not accepted by the Department’s banking facility, the Department shall send the state agency, company, or individual that submitted the payment a notice of nonpayment. B. The notice of nonpayment informs the state agency, company, or individual that the Department will not accept non-criminal justice fingerprint submissions from the agency, company, or individual until past due payment is made. C. At the Department’s discretion, the Department may require the delinquent party to submit all future payments in the form of a cashier’s check, credit card or money order.
