R13-2-204. Agency License Renewal

A. A qualifying party may submit a renewal application to the Department up to 60 days before the expiration date on the agency license. B. The qualifying party shall provide, with the renewal application, the information required under R13-2-202 for the renewal of registration certificates for all associates or employees of the agency. C. If an agency license is not renewed before the expiration date, the qualifying party shall ensure that all identification cards with the elapsed agency license number are returned to the Department within five business days of the date the license expires.
