R13-2-404. Complaints

A. A person may make a written complaint against an entity or person regulated under this Chapter by filing the complaint with the Department. The Department may forward a copy of the complaint to the entity or person against whom the complaint has been lodged. B. At the conclusion of the investigation, the Department shall forward a copy of the complaint, upon request, to the entity or person against whom the complaint has been lodged.
