R14-2-1009. Complaint Processing

A. AOS applicants for certificates of convenience and necessity shall submit to the Commission a tariff or schedule containing a detailed description of complaint processing procedures. B. The name, address, and telephone number of a representative for complaint matters shall be submitted with these procedures.
