R14-2-1011. Reports

A. AOS providers holding certificates of convenience and necessities shall submit Utility Division annual reports to the Commission pursuant to A.R.S. § 40-204. B. AOS providers holding certificates of convenience and necessity shall submit annual reports to the Commission comparing the company’s actual monthly performance with the standards in R14-2-1010. C. AOS providers that have been certificated shall annually submit to the Commission a list of subscribers and locations served.
