R14-4-122. Fingerprinting of Salesmen

A. Prior to the registration or renewal of registration of a salesman, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Act, the Commission may require the applicant to be fingerprinted, at a time and place specified by the Commission, in order for the Commission to specifically check into the background of the applicant. B. Persons registered pursuant to the Arizona Securities Act continuously for the past five consecutive years preceding July 1, 1965 shall be exempt from this rule.
