R14-7-118. Filing Fees

A. The fees to be paid pursuant to A.R.S. § 40-360.09, for each application, shall be made payable to the Utility Siting Fund and delivered to the chairman of the Commission on behalf of the Committee at Phoenix, Arizona. B. A receipt evidencing payment of the appropriate fee shall be issued immediately in order to permit the applicant to comply with A.R.S. § 40-360.03. Effective 2-70.
