R15-10-106. Incomplete Petition

A. The Department hearing officer may dismiss a petition for a hearing that does not contain all of the information required by R15-10-105, unless the petitioner completes the petition within the time allowed to file the petition under R15-10-107, including any extension. B. The Department hearing officer may, on a showing of good cause by the petitioner, grant additional time to complete a timely-filed petition.
