R15-10-121. Subpoena by Petitioner

A. A petitioner requesting a subpoena shall apply, to the Hearing Officer submitting a proposed subpoena at least 10 days before the hearing. B. The Hearing Office shall not issue a subpoena for confidential or privileged information.
