R15-12-304. Manner of Filing

A. An original and six copies of the petition and any supporting memoranda shall be filed with the Chairman. B. No fee shall be charged for the filing of any petition or supporting memoranda. C. Upon receipt of a petition, the Commission staff shall record the filing of the petition and supporting memoranda.
