R15-7-219. Notice of Prizes

A. Before the sale of cards for an occasion, a licensee shall post a notice in a conspicuous place on the premises, describing the nature and dollar value of each prize, including the method of determining any substitute prize for multiple winners. B. If a licensee conducts a “split-the-pot” or “winner-take-all” special game, the licensee shall announce the dollar value of the minimum prize before the first number is called. The licensee shall announce the actual dollar value of the prize before the game is over.
