R17-1-503. Notice of Hearing

A. If a petitioner timely files a request for a hearing as provided under R17-1-502, the Executive Hearing Office shall send a notice of hearing to the petitioner’s mailing address in the request for hearing and to any other participant of record. B. The notice of hearing shall state the: 1. Time, date, and place of the administrative hearing; 2. Type of administrative hearing; and 3. Statutory authority for the administrative hearing.
