R17-5-1008. Posting of Fares

A. When a livery vehicle provides local transportation at fares that are established in a contract with a government agency, the livery vehicle interior signage shall indicate that fares are determined by contract with a government agency when providing those services. B. When a livery vehicle provides local transportation services at fares that are not established in a contract with a government agency, the livery vehicle interior signage shall post fares in accordance with A.R.S. § 28-9506(A)(2).
