A. 49 CFR 391.11, General qualifications of drivers. Paragraph (b)(1) is amended to read: Is at least 21 years of age for interstate operation or is at least 18 years of age for operations restricted to intrastate transportation not involving the transportation of a reportable quantity of hazardous substance, hazardous waste required to be manifested, or hazardous material in an amount requiring a vehicle to be placarded as prescribed under R17-5-209; B. 49 CFR 391.51, General requirements for driver qualification files. Paragraph (b)(7) is amended to read: A Skill Performance Evaluation Certificate issued by FMCSA in accordance with § 391.49; or the Medical Exemption document, issued by a Federal medical program in accordance with part 381 of this chapter; or a copy of the Arizona intrastate medical waiver, if a waiver is granted by the Director as prescribed under R17-5-208.
