R17-5-316. Traffic Survival School Department-Approved Inventory

A. A traffic survival school licensed under this Article shall: 1. Prohibit public or other unauthorized access to all Department-approved inventory, and 2. Submit to the Department or private entity a written report detailing the circumstances surrounding the loss or theft of any missing or stolen Department-approved inventory. B. A licensee shall use only Department-approved inventory. C. A school principal or business manager shall submit to the Department or private entity a written or electronic request for any additional Department-approved inventory the school may require.
