R17-5-804. Record Matching Criteria for a Vehicle-specific Policy

For each vehicle-specific policy transmitted to the Department, a company shall include all of the following information to assist with the matching of policies to Department customers: 1. The complete and valid vehicle identification number; 2. The policy number; and 3. The NAIC number of the reporting company.
