R17-6-409. Lake-specific Weekend and Holiday Transport Exception

A permittee or driver that transports a personal watercraft load of no more than 12 feet in width under a class A special permit may operate from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset on a weekend or holiday on a state highway within 10 miles of an area constructed and maintained for the purpose of launching and retrieving watercraft for the following Arizona lakes: 1. Alamo, 2. Havasu, 3. Mead, 4. Mohave, 5. Powell, and 6. Saguaro.
