R17-7-203. Authorization Agreement

A. An applicant whose third-party authorization application has been approved must sign an authorization agreement with the Department which specifies the terms and conditions of the third-party authorization before performing any third party program activities. B. The third-party authorization agreement may include exhibits identifying specific requirements unique to each third party program activity.
