R18-11-123. Discharge Prohibitions

A. The discharge of wastewater to the following surface waters is prohibited: 1. Sabino Canyon Creek; 2. Vekol Wash, upstream of the Ak-Chin Indian Reservation; and 3. Smith Wash, upstream of the Ak-Chin Indian Reservation. B. The discharge to Lake Powell of human body wastes and the wastes from toilets and other receptacles intended to receive or retain wastes from a vessel is prohibited.
