R18-13-1603. Exemptions

A. Solid waste PCS are exempt from the provisions of this Article, except for the requirements in R18-13-1604, and are subject to A.R.S. § 49-761 et seq. B. Non-regulated soils are exempt from the provisions of this Article, except for the requirements in R18-13-1604, and are exempt from the requirements of A.R.S. § 49-761 et seq. C. Asphaltic cement which is not hazardous waste is exempt from the requirements of this Article. D. Soils which are contaminated with petroleum, which have been generated by households, and which are not hazardous waste, shall be exempt from the requirements of this Article.
