R18-14-302. Fee Assessment and Collection

A. Fees for certification or renewal shall be paid in U.S. dollars by cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, or any other method acceptable to the Department. B. The Department shall not accept a request for a certification or renewal without the appropriate fee. C. If the Department does not accept an operator certificate renewal form, required according to A.A.C. R18-5-107(B), the certificate expires for failure to renew according to A.A.C. R18-5-108.
