R18-15-1004. Water Conservation Grant Fund Application for Financial Assistance

The Authority shall not present an application for consideration unless all the following conditions are met: 1. The application meets all requirements listed in the Request for Grant Applications; and 2. The applicant has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Authority, an ability to timely perform the program or project.
