R18-15-308. Drinking Water Revolving Fund Requirements

A. The duly authorized agent, principal or officer of the applicant shall certify the applicant has not violated any federal, state, or local law pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of interest, or other unlawful or corrupt practices relating to or in connection with facilities planning, design, or construction work on a project. B. All projects shall comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, P.L. 88-352, 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq., and all other applicable federal laws.
