R18-15-823. Protest Dismissal

A. The Director shall dismiss, upon written determination, a protest in whole or in part before scheduling a hearing if: 1. The protest does not state a valid basis for protest; or 2. The protest is untimely as prescribed under R18-15-821. B. The Director shall notify the Interested Party, the Authority, and the Board in writing of a determination to dismiss a protest.
