R18-1-306. Written Criticism of Rule

A. Any person may file a written criticism of an effective rule with the Director. B. The criticism shall clearly identify the rule addressed, and specify why the existing rule is inadequate, unduly burdensome, unreasonable or otherwise considered to be improper. C. The Director shall acknowledge receipt of any criticism within 10 working days and shall place the criticism in the official record, for review by the Department, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41- 1054.
