R18-2-318.01. Annual Summary Permit Amendments for Class II Permits

The Director may amend any Class II permit annually without following R18-2-321 in order to incorporate changes reflected in logs or notices filed under R18-2-317.02. The amendment shall be effective to the anniversary date of the permit. The Director shall make available to the public for any source: 1. A complete record of logs and notices sent to the Department under R18-2-317.02; and 2. Any amendments or revisions to the source’s permit.
